“You’re Not Alone”

anxietyclosetLooks like you’ve left the comfort of my site and ended up here in my anxiety closet. When writing for PGJ I feel like I have to follow certain rules or conventions; can’t say nasty words, for example. But that’s not the case here.

This is my cyberspace “man cave” where I can write about anything I want.

Some of the posts will be things from my journal, me working out in my head what a particular topic means (or should mean) to me. It’s where I come to work through those problems that are keeping me from a good night’s sleep right now.

That’s how I solve things, talking to myself from a different self. That sounds odd, but that’s exactly what “Conversations” is; me (Rudy) talking to me (Katherine).

I offer up this very private look into my personal life and feelings because if you’ve gotten this far you need to know you’re not alone.

There’s something comforting about knowing that other people feel the same emotions you do. That may not cure what’s ailing you but it’s likely to ease the pain. So if you think you could benefit being in the same boat with others who share your feelings, please take time to subscribe via RSS to this blog (it’s the little orange button in the upper right corner). Comment too, for I hope to build a sense of community in this private little getaway; all us whackos helping one another, you know!
